Update & Farewell?

 It's been too long. so much has happened.  I still blame much on Covid and also find that events are dated by "pre-covid" or "during covid". 

 Excuses.

So, we sold the house; our beloved home of 32 years.  We had hopes of new owners who would cherish & respect  it; who would be steward of the 116 year old home as we were.  It came down to taking the one & only offer we received.  It hasn't gone well for the house and we are sad.

I miss the garden; the 60+ hostas, the primrose in spring, the dogwood tree we planted, the lovely patio we created.  

Now we have a south facing balcony.  New challenges new joys.
